By creating an account or sending a request through Virouter, you agree to these terms.
Virouter forwards requests to OpenAI and Anthropic, deducts tokens from your wallet, and applies retry/failover. We are not the model provider; we are a routing layer.
One account per person or organization. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for activity under your account.
Do not use the gateway for illegal content, mass surveillance, fraud, model abuse, or to violate OpenAI/Anthropic usage policies. We may suspend keys we believe are doing so.
Token bags are non-expiring while the account is in good standing. Consumed tokens are non-refundable. Unused balance can be refunded within 14 days of the most recent purchase.
We aim for high availability but do not provide an SLA on the free tier. Outages on upstream OpenAI/Anthropic are reflected in /status.
Virouter is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the trailing 90 days.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to the account address at least 14 days before they take effect.
